Refund/Cancellation policy: I am a part-time artist who works hard to create hand-made and well-intentioned items. If you have any issues with an order, reach out to me directly and we can figure things out together. If any items break, let me know and we can discuss replacement or repair. If an item is lost in the mail, you will receive a 50% refund.

Fulfillment/Shipping policy: All ready-made items will ship within 3-5 business days. All items ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Terms & Conditions
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
